I hope that you chose to explore all five areas of Attention, Learning, Personality, Food Sensitivities and Other Factors. This way you increase your chances of finding ways to be the best you can be as naturally as possible.


Have you taken the recommended actions in all the areas?
Yes or No?

If NO, you didn't take the recommended actions, you probably have a good reason for it. It might be because:

  • You are planning to do it when the time is right for you. :)

  • You had difficulty understanding the material. If this is the case, please let me know.

  • It feels like too much for you to do on your own, even with your own helper. In this case, you may benefit from further exploration with assistance from:
  • Your situation is more complicated and the classic patterns didn't fit. In this case, I'd be happy to assist you personally (Talk to Dr. Teeya) or help you find another professional in your area who could help you address your concerns.

  • If removing certain foods (e.g., milk, wheat, corn or sugar) for a week helped you to feel better
  • What you can do to deal with any food sensitivities

Five: Other Factors

  • What makes you the unique person that you are
  • If there are additional concerns that need to be treated to help you be the best you can be as naturally as possible
